For private pay clients (ie anyone with insurance other than United and Aetna), payment is due at the time of service. I accept cash and check, and will provide you with a Superbill receipt with insurance codes which can be submitted to your insurance company for reimbursement. Please note that every insurance plan reimburses at a different rate. To determine your plan's coverage and preauthorization requirements contact the member services department at your Health Insurance plan. Most clients have received partial or full reimbursement from their insurance providers. This article has some information to help you with the reimbursement process.
