I am in-network with most commercial UnitedHealthcare and Aetna plans. It is your responsibility to verify that I am an in-network provider for your plan and that you understand any co-pays that may apply. You can call Member Services and ask if I am in-network using this information:

Update to UnitedHealthcare Coverage (UHC) - Effective September 1, 2026

Claims for your baby may incur cost-sharing in the form of specialist copay or deductible (max $125 per in-person visit). See "UnitedHealthcare", below, for more information.

For private pay clients (ie anyone with insurance other than United and Aetna), payment is due at the time of service. See Services for pricing. I accept cash and check, and will provide you with a Superbill (a receipt with insurance codes) which can be submitted to your insurance company for reimbursement.
